Can I return my order?
All personalized items are final sale.
Please double check all of your personalized information and the shipped address when ordering to avoid mistakes. We are are unable to provide refunds or replacements due to customer error.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Provided we have't shipped it yet. Please reach out to info@stickemuplabels.com ASAP
Personalization
What if I don't want any personalization on my stickers?
That's fine! Please leave the personalization as "leave blank", we will know what to do from there.
Can you print emojis?
No, any emojis included in your personalization will be omitted.
Shipping & Turnaround
How fast will my order ship?
We ship quick! All orders ship within 3 business days of order date.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Shipping
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes about 3-6 business days for delivery. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $4.50. Orders over $35 ship free!
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
USPS Express: 1-2 business days.
Custom Orders
Do you offer custom design services?
Unfortunately we are unable to take on custom design requests at this time. However, we are constantly working on new designs so please keep checking back!
