>>DESIGN PROCESS<<
Once payment is completed, your personalized proof (if a proof is required) will be sent to you via email within 3 business days. Once you "OK" the proof, your order will be printed and shipped! If you selected "no" under the proof needed option your order will be produced and shipped within 3 business days without a proof.

>>SHIPPING PROCESS<<
Please take careful consideration when choosing your shipping method. We are not held responsible for purchases that do not arrive in time for your event due to the customer not allowing enough time for proof processing and shipping. Once you approve your proof we will ship your product via the shipping method you selected at check out.

 

Priority Mail

The normal shipping time is 2 to 3 business days (no guarantees per USPS). The average time from the date of purchase to you receiving your order is 3 to 6 business days*. This again is variable depending on how quickly you can approve your proof once it is sent over. (These time frames are for U.S. customers only. International customers will vary depending on location. Please contact us for estimated delivery windows.) 

 

International Shipping

>>RUSH ORDERS<<
The rush order option will move your order to the front of the line and includes 2-3 day priority shipping. Your proof will be sent to you within 24 hours of the time you place your order. You can add the rush order option when you choose your shipping option at checkout.

 

>>Color Variance<<
Please note, colors may appear differently on each monitor as they are calibrated separately. We make every effort to match colors as close as possible but we cannot be held responsible for an item purchased that looks different than it did on your personal computer monitor. Please contact us if you feel that your order was in fact processed incorrectly (wrong color than you requested - i.e. asked for background in #4 but it was printed in #11).

 

>>Returns and Refunds<<

**Customized orders and digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.**

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted customer service at info@stickemuplabels.com and received a return authorization number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at stickemuplabels@gmail.com.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stickemuplabels@gmail.com 
 
Shipping
We will provide you with the address to ship your return to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
